2020 Susan Hutton Artist Blog  ‘If you are mean to me I will be mean to you’ Digital drawing 2019 A new decade and I’m moving house from the bush to the sea. Downsizing. As materials are packed up and artworks moved there will be a studio sale so watch this blog for bargains.  3 April - 18 June   -  ‘Talk of the Town’   Opening April 3 at 5pm - Charts Childers An exhibition of diverse artworks by myself and fellow artist Nita Rosher who also moved from the city to the small township of Cordalba over 20 years ago. I’ll revisit earlier works on paper created with the red dirt of the Cordalba region. Printmaking and painting techniques explored over the years are being recycled into new works on paper along with new ipad drawings and encaustic paintings Page and cover of Artist Book / encaustic paintings started  with scraps  of canvas torn from past paintings
